Hello Everyone and welcome to the 9th year of the Relegation Fantasy Football Association. Here we are in the Minors. This league started drafting after Minor League Y by 2 days and finished way before Y. So thanks for keeping it moving. Overall QBs went later than the Champions League. The middle and late QBs were a good 2 rounds later on average. We will see how everyone did managing that fact.

BigMike84 - 1st Pick (Minor Leagues)

And we come out swinging in the lead off position. Drake Maye could be a really nice value at the start of the 4th. You could have waited on QB2 but I think Maye is going to put up a lot of points. Then the WRs are very solid with Brian Thomas Jr, London, DeVonta, and Jameson. That is going to get you through the season right there. Kraft is a nice late TE pick up. Some analysts think he will be in the top 5 by the end of the year. That is a little optimistic for me, but he is a solid player. Then it all comes down to RB. Kamara should still put up a lot of points. Then Warren should be a safe play most of the season. If Etienne, Skattbo, or Benson get a bigger role at any point this season which is all possible (less so for Etienne) then this team is a power house. I actually had this team in the Champions League the first time through. But the RBs leave this team as my fourth best team in the league, which is unfortunately not good enough for promotion.

LuckyTye - 2nd Pick (Champions League)

I only have 3 spots to give away in the Champions League and I have already found two teams worthy of those spots. That makes me worried about the rest of the league, but I like this team. Bowers in the 2nd always makes me think the rest of the team will stink. But JSN is a good WR1 after that start. Then Xavier Worthy should get off to a hot start. And I think Odunze is who you want in Chicago. RBs are similar. Irving anchors the crew and RJ Harvey or Dobbins should get you going with Charbonnet and Tuten possibly having late value. A sneaky Milroe late could be a cherry on top if he ever gets to start. This isn’t looking good for everyone else.

Manading - 3rd Pick (Amateur Hour League)

The first three rounds are fine. Then I see a lot of meh. Chuba is probably losing his passing down work. Sutton had his best year and was WR 15. Pacheco wasn’t stellar last year. Ridley is aging with a rookie QB. Jeudy had the most targets last year of anyone in the NFL. And he was only WR 12. Rodgers, Now I do like Braelon Allen and Sampson. But that is too little too late. I think this team will basically not have the firepower to keep up pace. And that's not what you need to get the champions league, let alone stay in the minors.

TylerR02 - 4th Pick (Amateur Hour League)

It isn’t an awful team. Achane is a little banged up already but the start is really solid through the first 6 rounds. Good balance and value. But then we pick up Travis Kelce. I don’t think he is going to get the volume to make waves in fantasy. The Chiefs want him for the playoffs. I don’t think he gets enough in the regular season. Mixon is out until who knows when. Addison is suspended. And A. Rich isn’t starting. I don’t know if he plays much if at all this year. This team can’t take anything going wrong all season. But something will go wrong and this team will start tumbling down the standings.

Adonis 77 - 5th Pick (Minor Leagues)

My problem starts in the 4th with Breece Hall. I am worried about him being in a time share on a bad team. Even if still gets targets, a target from Justin Fields isn’t the highest value target. I like McMillan and Pickens after that. That could be a solid duo filling in WR2. The Penix and Pitts stack after that makes me cringe a bit but I could also see it working out really well. Javonte Williams in the 11th seems like a starter which is worth the price. I’m not wowed by the team but I think it is middle of the pack.

DAW314- 6th Pick (Minor Leagues)

There are parts of this team I love. Gibbs, Nix, McBride at the top is great. Metcalf should get tons of targets. Cam Ward is a nice late QB2. Egbuka might be an absolute steal in the 9th round as the other WRs in TB seem to keep going down. Loveland in the 10th is a head scratcher after taking McBride early. Chubb is starting. That's about all I can say about him. And somehow DAW picked out the New Orleans starter in Rattler. I would have lost that bet earlier in the offseason. The only thing holding me back from the champions league is Ken Walker and Garret Wilson. They could be good but both have red flags. For Walker it is injuries. For Wilson it is being a jet with Fields throwing him the ball.

Jasgh - 7th Pick (Minor Leagues)

Jas seems to have the good fortune of getting Jalen Hurts in the 7th spot. He then waited nicely to pick up two late QBs in Tua and Stafford. Both feel like the end of a very long tier of QBs that don't run but still put up good points. Aside from the QBs Jas filled starting rolls for RBs, then WR, and then TE. This gives a solid starting lineup. The depth to fill the flex spot is lacking on this team. Deebo and Jayden Reed both appear to have the skills to be major fantasy contributors, but Deebo hasn’t done it for a few years and Reed just doesn’t get enough snaps and targets. Everyone else on this team is sort of ho hum. It takes more than ho hum to win a game in the playoffs here.

TheJessica88 - 8th Pick (Amateur Hour League)

This roster has many unique players on it. Starting out you have Mahomes at the 1.08. For the first 5 seasons, he was a top 4 QB 4 times. The only other season he was 7th on 14 games played. Pretty good. Then the last two years he was 8th and 11th. I can’t say for sure I know why that happened, but it doesn't give me a ton of confidence. Then Joe Flacco as QB 3 seems like he will be irrelevant during playoffs. Judkins in the 7th could be a steal, but as a RB2 on this team, I am concerned. You may say, but Jerome Ford is on the team. However there is no other RB on this team after Ford. Rashee Rice is suspended at the start too. Jonnu Smith is joining a confusing Pittsburgh team. Just too many things that feel like bad situations.

DisgustingActBy - 9th Pick (Champions League)

The winningest team in Champions League history goes down to the minors for 2025. After a strong year for RBs in 2024, this team loads up on rookie RBs with Jeanty, Hampton, and Henderson. This trio should be very strong and they should improve all year. JJ anchors the WR and relatively speaking this team waited on QB but still ended up with some good options at Purdy, Young, and Darnold. With that start, this team really needed to fill out WR and TE. Tyler Warren is probably my favorite middle round TE. And while I do not love DJ Moore, Pearsall and Diggs are great value. Add in Bill Croskey and I think this team is right back into the Champions League

RBegun - 10th Pick (Amateur Hour League)

I took a glance at this team and I liked it. Burrow and McCarthy with Jones late is fine for a QB room. Hock is okay in the middle rounds. The RBs are anchored by Henry and have some role players after. And there are still decent WRs. But digging into a bit more, there are problems. Tyreek is WR2 and Davante Adams is WR3. Both have put up big years in the past, but both are getting old and starting to show red flags. Hockenson had two good years, but the rest of his career has not been special. And RB2 is filled by Montgomery or Jordan Mason. Two backups that could produce really well on their own. Or they could be middling players. It just feels like the whole team is going to fall apart at some point this season.

Srochat - 11th Pick (Champions League)

This team grabbed their first QB in the 4th round but still wound up with Herbert and Love. Two high powered pocket passers. That allowed the chat to anchor the other three positions with Barkley, Nico, and Kittle. The rest of the draft is filled with safe names like James Connor, and Khalil Shakir as well as upside picks like Travis Hunter, Kaleb Johnson, and Jayden Blue. While the previous team feels like it will fall apart. This team feels like it is going to come together by the end of the season and get that all important playoff win.

ChristR - 12th Pick (Minor Leagues)

This team feels so close to getting to the Champions League. Waiting until the 6th round for QB still left this team with Stroud, Lawrence, and Geno at QB. Not too bad. The top 3 picks of Lamb, Nabers, and Chase Brown were also solid. But Kyren feels like he is nearing a cliff in his career. I’m not sure it is this year, but I am nervous. Deandre Swift is now playing for the HC that dropped him earlier in his career. Evan Engram is old and needs huge volume. Jakobi wants a trade and Brian Robinson was traded. A late Keenan is nice, but it won’t be enough to get this team over the hump.
